Are you interested in finding out more about the practice and the development of health services?
We are actively seeking patients to join our group. The group meets several times a year with practice Managers and Clinicians to discuss any changes or ideas that you may have for the practice and it’s registered patients.
If you wish to participate please contact the Practice or complete the online form by clicking on the button shown below
OR: if you prefer, you can download the sign-up form below, print it out, fill it in, and post it to the Practice, put it through the letterbox, or hand it to a Receptionist.

Heart of Harrogate Patient Participation Group
Moss Healthcare are part of the Heart of Harrogate Primary Care Network (PCN) along with Leeds Road Surgery, Church Avenue Surgery and Kingswood Medical Centre.
In addition to the Moss Healthcare Harrogate Patient Participation Group the groups from all 4 practices have started to hold regular joint Patient Participation Group meetings – Heart of Harrogate PPG.
