Face Coverings & Social Distancing in General Practice: Still required from 19th July

GP practices see people who by their nature are unwell or vulnerable, and are therefore at greater risk from covid.

Because of this, despite the publicised government changes in guidance on wearing face coverings and maintaining social distance we need to advise that across North Yorkshire it is still a requirement that these things remain for anyone attending a Health Care setting such as GP Practice.

For more information on this: https://www.england.nhs.uk/2021/07/nhs-patients-staff-and-visitors-must-continue-to-wear-face-coverings-in-healthcare-settings/

This is not just for your own safety, but also for the safety of any other patients on site, as well as our staff.

Please respect this need. Should you need to come to the practice for an appointment then please ensure that you bring a face covering, you maintain social distancing and that you follow any directions on site during your visit.

Dr Moss & Partners would like to thank all our patients for their support in this.
